A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your Fitness Instructor, I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout.

Since 1989 my AIM has been to educate my clients.  I focus on the mind body connection and awareness on posture and alignment during movement and in stillness.  
I have studied at the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a focus on corrective exercise.  After evaluating my clients gait and body posture as they move, sit and stand, I use various different training modalities in correcting any imbalances.  Program includes flexibility, core stabilization, balance training, strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.  My system is based on the Pilates Method of Contrology created by Joseph Pilates.  I attended Long Beach Dance Conditioning and had the honor and privilege having Maria-Jose Blum as my teacher.  I have been a pilates practitioner since 1994 and I have been a certified instructor since 1997.
I have been blessed with working and helping many clients in rehabilitation, all ages and fitness levels, professional athletes and celebrities.
